News Kurtz, DeLaria, LaChiusa, Kudisch, Rubin-Vega and Young Perform 13P:Undone May 13 The unsung and unspoken words of Sondheim, Durang, LaChiusa and Guare are presented in Thirteen Playwrights' 13P:Undone benefit at Joe's Pub May 13.

Two-time Tony Award-winning actress Swoosie Kurtz and Tony-nominated composer Michael John LaChiusa – known for his musicals Marie Christine, Hello Again and The Wild Party – lead a roster of performers including Lea DeLaria (On the Town), Jessica Hecht (Howard Katz), Marc Kudisch (The Glorious Ones), Reg Rogers (Proposals), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Rent), Christopher McCann (The Lights), Adam LeFevre (Mamma Mia) and Corey Stoll (Old Acquaintance). Newly added to the line-up is Tony Award winning Jersey Boy John Lloyd Young.

13P:Undone promises an evening composed of unknown or overlooked scenes and songs hosted by Obie Award winner Lisa Kron (Well). God's Ear director Anne Kauffman stages the benefit.

13P:Undone, presented by the Obie Award-winning 13P (Thirteen Playwrights) company, serves as the spring benefit for the organization that specializes in realizing full productions of new plays as an answer to "what the trend of endless readings and new play development programs is doing to the texture and ambition of new American plays," according to the 13P mission statement.

13P comprises playwrights Sheila Callaghan, Erin Courtney, Madeleine George, Rob Handel, Ann Marie Healy, Julia Jarcho, Young Jean Lee, Winter Miller, Sarah Ruhl, Katherine Ryan, Lucy Thurber, Anne Washburn and Gary Winter.
