The one-night evening, Theatre and Religion: The World's Oldest Couple, is a benefit for CSC. The conversation location will be the Jack H. Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at New York University, 7:30 PM March 22.

In what's billed as a "rare pairing" between Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning playwright and author Tony Kushner (Angels in America) and acclaimed critic and scholar Harold Bloom, the two will meet to "discuss the rich canon of dramatic works from the Greeks up to Kushner's own two part drama, Angels in America."

Bloom penned the best-sellers, "The Western Canon: The Books and School of Ages," nominated for a National Book Critics Circle Award, and "Shakespeare: Invention of the Human."
