News Kushner's Illusion 'Appears' at Rochester, NY's GeVa, Feb. 17 Tony Kushner's The Illusion, a loose adaptation of Corneille's 17th century comedic "play within a play" about love (L'Illusion Comique), is being performed Feb. 17-Mar. 22 at the GeVa Theatre in Rochester, NY. The official opening night is slated for Feb. 21.

Tony Kushner's The Illusion, a loose adaptation of Corneille's 17th century comedic "play within a play" about love (L'Illusion Comique), is being performed Feb. 17-Mar. 22 at the GeVa Theatre in Rochester, NY. The official opening night is slated for Feb. 21. The Illusion, which played Off-Broadway in 1994, is being directed by Tim Ocel and features Jeb Brown, Gregg Coffin and Richard Farrell.

Performances are Tue.-Fri. at 8 PM (except for Feb. 24, when the curtain is at 6 PM); Sat. at 4 PM and 8:30 PM; and Sun at 2 PM and 7:30 PM. In addition, there are weekday matinees Feb. 19 and Mar. 18 at 2 PM.
