News Lake Simons and Chad Lynch's Etiquette Unraveled to Play Brooklyn's "Red-Space" Etiquette Unraveled, a one-woman comedy about a life so chaotic even fantasies run amok, will make its New York premiere Feb. 3 at One Arm Red's "Red-Space" in Brooklyn. An official opening is set for Feb. 5.

The play was co-written by Lake Simons and Chad Lynch and will be performed by Simons, who will also perform the play.

"To escape the mundane patterns of life, an unusual woman dives into her make believe world of imagination," according to production notes. "Driven by curiosity, she’s lead into a series of vignettes that begin with order but swiftly unravel…leaving her fantasy world in tatters. A tea party with a misbehaving guest, a chance meeting culminating in a kiss, a captain at sea, a cowboy taming his mare, and a final duet make up a day-in-the-life of Etiquette Unraveled."

Etiquette Unraveled premiered at Fort Worth's Hip Pocket Theatre in July 2010. Simons and Lynch have previously co-created Prairie? What Prairie? and performed together in What's Inside the Egg? (both at HERE). They also were part of the co-collaborative team that developed How I Fixed My Engine with Rose Water (Theatre for a New City).

Performances will take place Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 5:30 PM.

"Red Space" is located at 10 Jay Street in Brooklyn. For tickets ($20), visit smarttix.com. For more information, visit onearmred.com.
