StageFARM presents the production that will be directed by Evan Cabnet. Previews begin May 9 with an official opening set for May 17. The engagement will continue through June 6. Larroquette, best known for his work on the television series "Night Court," joins Day (Proof, Peter and Jerry, August: Osage County), as well as Monica Raymund (The Color of Desire) and Michael Zegen ("Rescue Me").

"Oliver is 17 and Jasper is 60," according to StageFARM notes. "They are best friends. Oliver wants to get laid, and Jasper wants to help. Jasper wants to drink himself to death, and Oliver wants to save him. And they share a secret that could ruin them both... if it hasn't already."

The design team will include Lauren Helpern (set design), Ben Stanton (lighting design), Jessica Shay (costume design) and Zane Birdwell (sound design).

Meriwether, who is a playwright in residence at Ars Nova, has penned the plays The Mistakes Madeline Made, Heddatron, Nicky Goes Goth, The True Love Story My Parents and 90 Days.

The Cherry Lane Theatre is located in Manhattan at 38 Commerce Street, between Barrow and Bedford Streets.
