News L.A.'s ACME Makes Perfect Senseless, July 25 LOS ANGELES-- The ACME Players, the main company of ACME Comedy Theatre, open their new show, ACME Senseless, July 25.

LOS ANGELES-- The ACME Players, the main company of ACME Comedy Theatre, open their new show, ACME Senseless, July 25.

A new line of sketch comedy is being offered, created through the company's improv workshop. The show is directed by M.D. Sweeney. The regular performance schedule for ACME Senseless is 8 PM on Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $14.

Also currently offered are two other shows. The first, I Know What You Did Last Sunday Show, is written and performed by Bravo Co., the theatre's company-in-training. Shows are at 7:30 PM Sunday, through Nov. 1. Tickets are $12.

The other show is ACME Unplugged, an improv comedy jam starring a different cast each week, selected from comedy troupes all over L.A. This show is performed at 10 PM Friday, beginning July 10. Tickets are $8.

The theatre is at 135 North La Brea Ave., Hollywood, and is air- conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Valet parking is available. For information: (213) 525-0202. -- By Michael Farkash
