The Balkan Women and Vanishing Point will run in repertory through July and August at the West Coast Ensemble, directed by Les Hanson and Richard Israel, respectively.Written by Jules Tasca, The Balkan Women is a political drama reminiscent of Euripides' The Trojan Women. It depicts the horror of war at a Serbian detention camp for Muslim women in the year 1992.

Vanishing Point is a new musical with book & lyrics by Robert Hartman and Scott Keys, music by Hartman.

Agatha Christie, Aimee Semple McPherson and Amelia Earhart, having all mysteriously disappeared, find each other together on a fanciful tropical island where they sing "about the relentless pressure of fame."
