Last Chance to have a taste of Gum, Karen Hartman's new play, ending its world premiere at Baltimore's Center Stage Theatre March 28. Performances began March 7. Gum by Karen Hartman, is about two religious, adolescent sisters facing an arranged marriage and the rite of circumcision.

Resident director Tim Vasen tackles this cutting-edge project with actors Miriam A. Laube, Millie Chow, Joseph Kamal, Dale Soules (The Magic Show) and Danyon Davis. Set designer Myung Hee Cho, costume designer Anita Yavich, lighting designer Mathew Frey and sound designer Sten Severson make up the artistic team.

Tickets are $24-$29 and can be purchased at the CenterStage box office (700 North Calvert Street) or by phone at (410)332-0033.
