Last Chance to catch Michael Pare, famous for playing Eddie in the "Eddie and the Cruisers" movies, acting on the New York stage in The Black Marble Shoe Shine Stand, Sept. 2-Oct. 3, officially opening Sept. 9. Shoe Shine Stand is written by Tony-nominated playwright, Louis LaRusso II. LaRusso's credits include: Dreamgirls, Lamp Post Reunion, Wheelbarrow Closers, Knockout, and Platinum.

Pare plays an alcoholic beat cop in Shoe Shine Stand which takes place in 1908 at a newly-constructed Railroad Terminal in Hoboken, New Jersey.

The Black Marble Shoe Shine Stand begins Sept. 2 at the ATA Chernuchin Theatre, 314 West 54th St., and plays through Oct. 3. For tickets or more information call (212) 581-3044.
