Last chance to see the New York City premiere run of Phil Geoffrey Bond's The Citadel, which closes as scheduled Nov. 13. Citadel features Kelly McAllister and author Bond in an exploration of the unlikely friendship between two men forced to share a small hospital room in the rural Midwest.
Developed at the famed Sundance Theatre Lab as well as NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and then at Ball State University, the Sundance workshop incarnation featured Elizabeth Marvel, Ned Eisenberg and the author.
Directed by Jerry McAllister, Citadel plays through Nov. 13. Tickets are still available and can be reserved by calling (212) 253-1813. Expanded Arts is located at 85 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side.
