News Late Nite Catechism Returns to L.A., Dec. 5 She's baaaack! "Sister," America's favorite nun, is returning to L.A. Dec. 5 for an indefinite run. Maripat Donovan, who co-wrote the interactive comedy and performed it at the Henry Fonda Theatre a few months ago, reprises her role in Late Nite Catechism in L.A.'s newest small theatre, Upstairs at the Coronet, on the second floor of the Coronet Theatre complex in W. Hollywood.

She's baaaack! "Sister," America's favorite nun, is returning to L.A. Dec. 5 for an indefinite run. Maripat Donovan, who co-wrote the interactive comedy and performed it at the Henry Fonda Theatre a few months ago, reprises her role in Late Nite Catechism in L.A.'s newest small theatre, Upstairs at the Coronet, on the second floor of the Coronet Theatre complex in W. Hollywood.Donovan and co-writer Vicki Quade's one-woman show is built around a nun teaching an adult education catechism class to a roomful of "students." Sister goes from benevolent instructor to Marine drill sergeant as time goes on, rewarding the students who give correct answers with glow-in-the-dark rosaries and laminated saint cards.
