News Lea Salonga Will Join National Symphony Orchestra for Do You Hear the People Sing Concerts Do You Hear the People Sing, which celebrates the musicals of Boublil and Schönberg, will be presented at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts March 27-28.

Tony winner Lea Salonga will star in the evening; additional vocalists will be announced.

The concerts will also feature the National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Steven Reineke.

"With their epic masterpiece Les Misérables, the Tony Award–winning creative team of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg changed the face of musical theater," according to the Kennedy Center. "More than 25 years later, this soaring concert experience celebrates their musical genius with songs from Les Misérables and their other Broadway hits--Miss Saigon, Martin Guerre, The Pirate Queen, and La Révolution Française--plus a few special surprises."
