News Les Miz's Ayers Joins Bar Mitzvah Sting Reading Becca Ayers, who can be seen in the ensemble of the current revival of Les Misérables, will be part of the reading of David Neiman's The Jordan Goldman Bar Mitzvah Sting April 30 at the Abingdon Theatre.

Ayers, who has also been seen on Broadway in Avenue Q, replaces the previously announced Stephanie Kurtzuba for the 7 PM reading. Directed by Jeremy Dobrish, the cast for the one-night-only performance will also feature Jersey Boys' Daniel Reichard, The Wedding Singer's David Josefsberg, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change's Sandy Rustin and By Jeeves' Molly Renfroe Katz, with Neiman in the title role.

"Facing a failing music career," read press notes, "Jordan Goldman hatches a scheme to have a bar mitzvah in order to extort thousands of dollars in gift monies from the Jewish community. But the real 'Sting' might take on a whole new meaning as he learns what it truly means to 'become a man.'"
