Tony and Emmy Award winner Leslie Uggams, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for her portrayal of "Kizzy" in the television mini-series, "Roots," will wrap her Montclair State University engagement in Terrence McNally's Master Class on June 25. Starring as opera diva Maria Callas, Uggams will perform evening shows on June 23 and 24, and a final matinee performance on June 25. The box office tells Playbill On-Line that tickets are available for all remaining performances.
The production is being presented by TheatreFest, the Professional Theatre-in-Residence at Montclair State University.
