NY Musical Theatre Fest Let's Sing About Apathy: The MacGuffin? Receives NYMF Reading, Sept. 21-23 The MacGuffin?, a new full-length musical about lonely, unsuccessful, middle-aged American apathy, will receive a developmental reading at the New York Musical Theatre Festival, Sept. 21 at 11 PM and Sept. 23 at 11 PM.

In 1999 Jason Rhyne and Terry Withers began collaborating on a full-length musical. Like any team of writers they wrote about what they knew. This is a show about being lonely, unsuccessful, middle-aged Americans and how wonderful giving in to apathy can be!

The cast includes Matt Kinney (Dr. Roscoe), Paul Murillo (Special Special Agent Diggs), Terry Withers (Arthur MacAndrews) and Matt Yeager (Ricky Davis).
