News Lily Tomlin, Lena Hall, Norm Lewis, Charles Busch and More Tell LGBT Stories in Song at Tonight's Broadway Backwards Broadway Backwards, the gender-bending night where classic and contemporary Broadway songs are re-imagined for the LGBT community, returns for its tenth anniversary March 9 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Stars of stage and screen fill the roster of performers.

Creator Robert Bartley directs and choreographs the popular evening that has musical supervision by Mary-Mitchell Campbell and musical direction by Tim Rosser.

The 2015 edition promises to "include some of the biggest showstopping acts from previous editions of Broadway Backwards (#bwaybackwards) and will feature the return of many of the show’s most popular performers."

Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award-winning actress, comedian and writer Lily Tomlin makes a special guest appearance as part of the night that will also feature Rob McClure (Honeymoon in Vegas), Elizabeth Stanley (On the Town), Lena Hall (Hedwig), Robin de Jesús (Wicked), Norm Lewis (Phantom), Telly Leung ("Glee"), Lillias White (The Life), Charles Busch (The Divine Sister), Mario Cantone (Assassins), Lee Roy Reams (The Producers), Douglas Sills (Living on Love), Maureen McGovern (Little Women), Micah Stock (It's Only a Play), Jim Brochu (Zero Hour), Jenn Colella (If/Then), Harvey Evans (Follies), Shawna Hamic (The Last Ship), Brian Charles Rooney (Bedbugs), Jason Michael Snow (The Book of Mormon), Len Cariou (Sweeney Todd), Brian Stokes Mitchell (Kiss Me, Kate), Tony Yazbeck (On the Town), Tituss Burgess (The Little Mermaid), Julie Halston (You Can’t Take It With You), Ann Harada (Cinderella, Avenue Q), Florence Henderson (Oklahoma!, "The Brady Bunch"), Jackie Hoffman (On the Town) and Aaron Lazar (The Last Ship). 

Last year's Broadway Backwards raised $483,182 for Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center.
