NYC's Starfish Theatreworks will present a trio of plays at Lincoln Center's Clark Studio Theatre. Under the collective title Holding Patterns, the plays run May 27-June 13. The three plays are On a Plane by Shawn Hirabayashi, Up in the Air by Amatullah King and Simulating Emily by Gail Noppe-Brandon.

The production marks Starfish's fourth season at Clark Studio Theatre, where it continues its exploration of the unique theatrical form they call "Clustering," where each play is inspired by a specific photograph -- this one a photograph of a jet airliner in the sky taken by noted photographer Andrea Sperling -- and responded to by writers of different cultural backgrounds.

For tickets ($10) or more information, call (212) 841-0370.
