Classic Arts News Lisa Milne Drops Out of Lincoln Center Solomon Soprano Lisa Milne has withdrawn from a performance of Handel's oratorio Solomon by the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment at Lincoln Center on April 16, Lincoln Center announced.
Milne is ill, according to a press release. Malin Christensson will replace her in the role of Solomon's Queen.

The performance also stars David Hansen as Solomon, Marie Arnet as the Queen of Sheba, Jeremy Ovenden as Zadok the High Priest, and Henry Waddington as a Levite. Ren_ Jacobs is the conductor.

Christensson studied at the Royal College of Music; she debuted last year with Glyndebourne's touring company. She will appear as Papagena in Die Zauberfl‹te at the Vienna Festival and the Aix-en-Provence Festival this summer.
