The evening will be capped off by a performance by Liza Minnelli.

"Joy Behar, Adrianne Cohen and John Downing are the first to be honored in this way,” said executive director Tracy Mitchell in a statement. “Adrianne and John, both of whom have been with the theatre for over 20 years, work tirelessly on our behalf, along with Joy, who became a board member several years ago.”

"The passion and commitment that these board members give to us year after year, we couldn’t do it without them,” added artistic director Murphy Davis. “This is one small way we can say ‘thank you!’”
