Lois Robbins will bring her solo comedy L.O.V.E.R., a new play about life, love, and sex, to the Pershing Square Signature Center Off-Broadway this August. The play, in which Robbins gets candid about her real-life experiences, will have a limited run through November.

L.O.V.E.R. is directed by Karen Carpenter and will begin performances August 21 ahead of a September 8 opening. The run is scheduled through November 2.

The play, previously seen in Los Angeles, is written and performed by Robbins (Younger, Cactus Flower), and portrays one woman's confessions of what goes on behind closed doors and between the sheets.

The Off-Broadway production will feature scenic design by Jo Winiarski (Accidentally Brave), lighting design by Jeanette Oi-Suk Yew (Gloria: A Life) and sound design by Jane Shaw (Actually).
