Debbie Isitt's The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband, starring Alison Steadman, Daisy Donovan and Michael Attwell, is to close on Nov. 30, a week earlier than originally planned.
The show, a lively black comedy in which Steadman and Donovan's characters find an unexpected female solidarity with each other, opened on Sept. 12 to mixed reviews but very enthusiastic audience reaction.
Fans of Elvis Presley music will be particularly attracted to the play, which has a whiff of the Edinburgh Festival about it yet has a very West End cast.
