Hello Entertainment will present the new musical July 21-Aug. 4 at the June Havoc Theatre.

Battle also directs.

The cast includes Asia Craft, Amber Harris, Cameron Ross, Raun Ruffin, Brian Simmons, Jillian Walker, Cedrina Shari Baugh, Melodie Nicholson and Clyde Voce.

Love Lies — Treat Her Like a Lady features a libretto by Battle with pop, R&B and gospel songs, including the 80’s classic "Treat Her Like A Lady." The new musical, according to press notes, is "a tale of three women who arrive at a funeral only to discover that they had all been engaged to the same dead man. In this story of love, lies and betrayal – sparks don’t just fly - they explode as the ghost of the deceased watches on!"

Performances are scheduled for July 21 at 2 PM, July 28 at 4 PM, July 29 at 2:30 PM, Aug. 3 at 6:45 PM and Aug. 4 at 4:30 PM. Running time is an intermissionless 90 minutes.
