News Lupita Nyong'o Shares with "Daily Show" About "Star Wars" and Broadway Lupita Nyong'o, who has major Broadway and Hollywood openings in the next few weeks, talked about her tough roles in a Dec. 2 appearance on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show."

Nyong'o, who earned an Oscar in the 2013 film "12 Years a Slave," told host Trevor Noah what it was like acting with CGI in the forthcoming "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" (opening Dec. 18) and what it has been like playing a Liberian woman coping with war in the Off-Broadway drama Eclipsed, which is transferring to Broadway starting Feb. 23, 2016.
