In Rave Mom, a single woman who has been there and done that, and thought she had it all under control suddenly finds she may not. Following a Marilyn Monroe show in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, she does the drug "ecstasy" for the first time and takes a wild ride between the California rave scene and New York, with, of course, a stop in the Nevada desert at Burning Man. This one-woman adventure stars downtown well-known Ann Magnuson.

Magnuson played her show at P.S. 122 earlier this year. Recently seen seated between Lolita Davidovich and fellow downtowner Sarah Jones, Off-Broadway in The Vagina Monologues, Magnuson's varied credits include film, television, and music on top of her stage work. Her recent work includes "2001: Yesterday's Tomorrow Today," which played at Joe's Pub, the film "The Caveman's Valentine" and guest spots on "The Drew Carey Show," as well as her Cinemax special "Vandemonium." She has recorded five albums with the band Bongwater and her own solo album titled "The Luv Show"
