The exclusive photo shoot featured the four-legged friends of four Broadway stars, four "Project Runway" designers and one hilarious end result. Each pooch was given a starring role and treated to a custom costume made by a "Runway" contestant.

Zora, the Rottweiller-Lab mix and best friend to Cheyenne Jackson (Finian's Rainbow, Xanadu), was cast as Little Edie from Grey Gardens, complete with bejeweled headwrap.

Kristin Chenoweth's Maltese Maddie was dressed (and named) after the actress' idol Madeline Kahn in her role as The Bride of Frankenstein, so that same character from Broadway's Young Frankenstein was a natural inspiration. Chenoweth herself stars in the upcoming revival of Promises, Promises, opening April 25.

Dee Roscioli (the current Elphaba in Wicked) cast her pooch Marty as Rocky in The Rocky Horror Picture Showbecause, said Roscioli, "he's dumb, cute, and rocks hot pants like nobody's business."

Wally, the furry friend of Hair's Gavin Creel, got a makeover as Spider Man, in honor of the upcoming musical. Not only is Wally, in his master's words, "a dude," but he's also "always wanted to work with Julie Taymor."
