The long-running Broadway musical Mamma Mia!, which ended its New York run earlier this season, has announced that it is embarking on a “final farewell tour” in the 2016-17 season that will hit some 30 cities across North America.

The show, which is built around the songs of ABBA composers Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, closed on Broadway September 12, 2015, after a 14-year run. It is still playing in London's West End, continuing an 18-year run.

The non-Equity Farewell Tour is scheduled to perform in the following cities. Additional dates and cities will be added, producers said.
