Louise Pitre, star of Broadway's Mamma Mia!, will share her interpretation of ABBA with the CBS Early Show May 31. Her number will air in the last half an hour of the broadcast, which begins at 7 AM and runs to 9 AM EST.
Pitre is a 2002 Tony Award nominee for Best Actress in a Musical. In Mamma Mia!, she plays Donna, the mother of a young girl, who, on the eve of her own marriage, seeks to discover which of her mother's three former boyfriends fathered her. During the musical comedy, Pitre sings popular ABBA tunes "The Winner Takes It All," "Slipping Through My Fingers," "Mamma Mia" and "Dancing Queen."
