News Mandy Gonzalez Will Offer Solo Concert, Love, All Ways, in December Mandy Gonzalez, who created the role of Nina Rosario in the Tony Award-winning musical In The Heights, will go it solo Dec. 4 at 54 Below.

The evening, which is titled Love, All Ways, will begin at 9:30 PM. Brian Nash is the musical director for the concert, which is billed as "a musical retrospective of triumph and hilarity."

Attendees can expect to hear such tunes as “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” “Breathe" and “Defying Gravity" as well as "songs from greats like Elvis, Liza, Lennon, Aretha and a host of others."

Gonzalez was last seen starring as Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked (Broadway.com award for Best Replacement). She appeared as Princess Amneris in the Elton John and Tim Rice musical Aida. She also starred in the Broadway show Lennon, where she portrayed John Lennon as well as other characters. She made her Broadway debut in Jim Steinman’s Dance of the Vampires starring opposite Michael Crawford. The singing actress received an OBIE Award for her performance in the Off-Broadway production of Eli’s Comin’, directed by Diane Paulus.
