“The Television Critics Association’s yearly awards are a prestigious event where seasoned professional TV writers offer their choices for the people and shows bringing the best to TV audiences,” said TCA president Susan Young in a statement.

Film and television actor Nick Offerman will host the 27th annual non-televised, invitation-only ceremony in Beverly Hills, CA.

Offerman is also one of the nominees in the Individual Achievement in Comedy category along with fellow "Parks and Recreation" cast member Amy Poehler. Also nominated for the award are Burrell for ABC's "Modern Family," Louis C.K. for FX's "Louis," Danny Pudi for NBC's "Community" and Jon Stewart for Comedy Central's "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart."

Martindale and Margulies are nominated for the Individual Achievement in Drama category for their work in FX's "Justified" and CBS' "The Good Wife," respectively. Other nominees in the catergory include stage and screen actors Peter Dinklage (Public Theater's Richard III) for HBO's "Game of Thrones," Timothy Olyphant (Playwrights Horizons' The Monogamist) for FX's "Justified," Steve Buscemi for HBO's "Boardwalk Empire" and Jon Hamm for AMC's "Mad Men."
