The evening, which pays tribute to late songwriters Stephen Sondheim, Marvin Hamlisch, and Michel Legrand, is Friedman's sole North American performance this season.

Friedman will be joined by music director and pianist Todd Ellison and vocalists Ross Lekites (Tina) and Lewis Cleale (The Book of Mormon), along with young area artists. The evening will also open Orchestra Lumos' season, which includes 11 mainstage performances.
