News Marquee Five, Featuring Mick Bleyer and Julie Reyburn, Will Offer 8-Track Throwback Marquee Five, the vocal group who received a MAC Award for their debut act, We Can Make It: The Songs of Kander & Ebb, will offer a one-night performance of their newest show March 26 at 4 PM at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.

Entitled 8-Track Throwback, the new act pays tribute to the singer/songwriters of the '60s and '70s and features all-new arrangements by Adam West Hemming. Audiences can expect to hear songs made famous by Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Leonard Cohen and more. Marquee Five comprises Mick Bleyer, Hemming, Vanessa Parvin, Sierra Rein and Julie Reyburn. Joseph Ward will direct the concert, which will feature musical direction by Hemming. Mark Janas will be featured on piano with Matt Scharfglass on bass and Tony Romano alternating on guitar.
