From stepmoms to single moms, immigrant moms to grandmothers, and new moms to empty nesters, Motherhood Out Loud reveals with illuminating insight (and humor), the raw emotions and rocky roads we travel in life."
The work features contributions from Leslie Ayvazian, David Cale, Pat Candaras, Jessica Goldberg, Beth Henley, Deborah Zoe Laufer, Lisa Loomer, Michele Lowe, Asra Nomani, Brett Paesel, Marco Pennette, Theresa Rebeck, Luanne Rice, Adriana Trigiani, Annie Weisman, Cheryl L. West, Christine Zander and Mark Nutter.
A full production of Motherhood, also under Peterson's direction, will play Hartford Stage Feb. 25-March 21, 2010.
