With direction by Keen Company Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein, Lonely Planet is set to begin performances October 3 at The Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row. The production will officially open October 19 and play through November 18.

Set in a small map store, Lonely Planet offers a portrait of two friends navigating the height of the HIV/AIDS crisis.

“I am thrilled to begin work on Steven Dietz's beautiful play and welcome these two phenomenal actors to the Keen stage,” commented Silverstein in a statement. “Lonely Planet shines a spotlight on friendship, a subject that rarely takes center stage. Arnie and Matt are two actors I have admired for years and are the perfect pair to explore this funny, moving and utterly human story.“

Individual tickets and subscriptions are on sale now by visiting the Theatre Row Box Office, located at 410 West 42nd Street, online at and, or by calling (212) 239-6200.
