Directed by Barry Ivan with music direction by Tom Helm, the cast features Ron Bohmer (A Little Night Music, Ragtime, The Woman in White, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Fiddler on the Roof and Les Misérables) as the Phantom; his love interest Christine is played by Erin Mackey (Anything Goes, Chaplin, Sondheim on Sondheim, Wicked), and Jean-Claude is played by Peter Matthew Smith (Cry-Baby, Fiddler on the Roof, Hairspray, Mamma Mia! and Rent).
The cast also includes Donna Lynne Champlin (Billy Elliot, Sweeney Todd) as La Carlotta, Jeff Howell (The Sound of Music, Sunset Boulevard) as Inspector LeDoux and Ken Land (Promises, Promises; The Scarlet Pimpernel) as Alaine Cholet. Bryant Martin (Oklahoma!, 1776) plays Count Phillipe de Chandon, Paul Palmer (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) plays Minister of Culture, and Jamie Ross (Beauty and the Beast, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife) plays Gerard Carriére.
