The Engeman Theatre has announced a weekend of Broadway performers with a first show of Broadway belters on Aug. 21 and a second show, Broadway Show Stoppers, presented on Aug. 22. Broadway Divafest will feature McArdle (Annie, Jerry's Girls), Kritzer (Rooms, Legally Blonde, A Catered Affair), as well as Carey Anderson (Avenue Q, Mamma Mia!), Jeannette Bayardelle (The Color Purple) and Marissa Perry (Hairspray).

The following evening, the Engeman will offer Broadway Show Stoppers, featuring the talents of Tony winner Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone, Minsky's), Kate Baldwin (Finian's Rainbow, Wonderful Town), Tituss Burgess (The Little Mermaid, Guys and Dolls), Darius De Haas (Rent, Children of Eden) and Jeff McCarthy (Side Show, Pirate Queen, Urinetown).

Eugene Gwozdz serves as musical director for the 8 PM concerts that will feature the blue art deco Steinway & Sons piano Rhapsody. Stephen DeAngelis produces.
