"At dawn, a New York cabbie picks up a teenage girl headed for the bus station," according to Blue Before Morning press notes. "Before long, they're driving to South Carolina, accompanied by a very pregnant, foul-mouthed hitchhiker. The three strangers hit I-95 and find themselves on a journey of unusual coincidences and second chances that straddle past and present while leading them toward an unlikely future."
Designing the DR2 staging are Derek McLane (set design), Katie Down (music and sound design), Bruce Steinberg (lighting design), S. Katy Tucker (video and projection design), Suzanne Chesney (costume design).
