Part of the York's Musicals in Mufti series, Harold Rome's Fanny will play the theatre at St. Peters in Citigroup Center March 26-28. Marissa McGowan, Matt Bogart, David Schramm and Martin Vidnovic will head a cast that also includes Johanna Aldrich, Miguel Cervantes, Sarah Dacey Charles, Monica Sharma Dogra, Kathleen Doyle, Edward Juvier, David Pittu and T.Oliver Reid. Michael Montel will direct Fanny with musical direction by Kevin Wallace. A musicalization of Pagnol's Marius trilogy, Fanny features a score by Harold Rome and a book by S.N. Behrman and Joshua Logan. The original production was produced by David Merrick and starred Ezio Pinza, Walter Slezak and Florence Henderson in the title role.
