Congratulations are in order! Mean Girls performer Kate Rockwell announced August 5 that she is expecting her first child with husband Spencer Howard. The news was shared on social media with a photo of the couple featuring Rockwell showing off her baby bump. In the image, the actress is wearing a Halloween-themed shirt that reads, "Due in October."

"Halloween has always been our favorite season," Rockwell wrote on Instagram. "Our little pumpkin is due to arrive in October."

Rockwell originated the role of Karen Smith in the 12-time Tony-nominated musical Mean Girls.  Additional credits include Rock of Ages, Bring It On: The Musical, and Hair. She made her Broadway debut as a replacement for Margot and Elle Woods in Legally Blonde.
