The Capezio Dance-Theatre Shop at Broadway and 51st Street in New York will host a meet-and-greet with cast members of the Broadway dance revue Forever Tango, 4-6 PM July 24. Cast members will also sign autographs on merchandise from their show. Customers will receive a free gift with the purchase of any Forever Tango merchandise. There will also be an in-store drawing to win a pair of tickets to Forever Tango and free tango lessons.
Forever Tango combines new and traditional Argentinean music performed by an 11-piece orchestra and vocalist as an accompaniment to 14 tangoing dancers.
The dance revue has just extended its Broadway run to Jan. 4, 1998. The new block of tickets for the production at the Walter Kerr Theatre went on sale via Telecharge at (212) 239-6200 July 20. You can also order tickets on Playbill On-Line.
