Boggess, who stars as Ariel in the Disney Broadway musical, will join Class Act instructors to lead participants on song interpretation and vocal coaching, musical theatre audition technique, as well as scene work and a dance combination from The Little Mermaid.
Joining Boggess will be Paige Blansfield, casting director from Tara Rubin casting, who handles The Little Mermaid.
Boggess made her Broadway debut as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, which currently plays the Lunt-Funtanne Theatre. Her stage credits also include Christine in Phantom Las Vegas, Les Misérables, West Side Story and the world premiere of Princesses.
The April 5 workshop, priced $150, runs 11 AM-2 PM and is open to participants ages 7–16. The workshop will take place at Ripley-Grier Studios, located at 520 8th Ave (16th floor). To enroll, visit AClassActNY.com.
