News Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn to Take Part in Shine On Benefit at Radio City Music Hall Academy Award winners Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn are set to be presenters at Good Housekeeping magazine's annual Shine On benefit, a salute to exceptional women, April 12 at Radio City Music Hall.

Proceeds will benefit the building of the first permenant location of the National Women's History Museum in Washington, D.C.

Rebecca Romjn will host the event, which will also feature Grammy winner Eve performing an original song.

In addition to her many film credits, including her Oscar-winning roles in "Sophie's Choice" and "Kramer vs. Kramer," Streep has appeared on Broadway in Happy End, The Cherry Orchard, 27 Wagons Full of Cotton (Tony nomination) and Trelawney of the "Wells," and in the Public Theater productions of Mother Courage and The Seagull, among many others.  

Hawn, an Academy Award winner for "Cactus Flower," has multiple film credits including "Everyone Says I Love You," "The First Wives Club" and "Private Benjamin," among many others.

The Good Housekeeping website describes the event as a "salute to women whose intelligence, dedication, and nerve changed our lives forever."
