Tony nominee Micah Stock and Psyche actor James Roday are the latest artists set to perform White Rabbit Red Rabbit Off-Broadway. Stock will perform the solo play December 5, and Roday will perform on December 12.

The acclaimed solo play by Nassim Soleimanpour has attracted a stellar line-up of guest performers since it began Off-Broadway this spring, including Wayne Brady, Darren Criss, Nathan Lane, Whoopi Goldberg, and many more. White Rabbit Red Rabbit plays Monday nights at the Westside Theatre with a rotating cast. Weekly, a different actor is handed a script to perform without the help of a director, rehearsals or a set.

Also slated for the fall are Joe Pantoliano (October 24); Robin Lord Taylor (October 31); Mo Rocca (November 7); Tony nominee and School of Rock star Alex Brightman (November 14); and Nancy Travis (November 21).

Forbidden to leave his country, Iranian playwright Soleimanpour transcribed his experience of isolation into this unique stage work. The play premiered at the 2011 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where it won a series of awards. It has since been translated into 15 different languages and performed globally; the show made its Off-Broadway debut March 7. “This wildly entertaining and thought-provoking theatrical piece – where no audience can see the same show twice - blends drama, comedy and social experiment,“ state press notes.
