News Michigan's Barn Has Kim Zimmer in Gypsy This Summer The Barn Theatre, the summer mainstay in Augusta, Michigan, not far from Kalamazoo, will open its 61st season May 30 with Greater Tuna.

Barn faves Scott Burkell and Joe Aiello will star as the entire population of the small town in Texas. Performances play to June 30. The professional Equity season also includes Oklahoma! (June 13-25), 1776 (June 27-July 9), the Ray Cooney farce Out of Order, with Aiello, Burkell and Penelope Alex (July 11-23), Gypsy starring "Guiding Light" Emmy Award winner Kim Zimmer (July 25-Aug. 6) and The Wizard of Oz (Aug. 8-20).
