In My Price Point, Albo rails against "placed products, screeching divas, botoxic beauty, and constant reality show orgasms." The show is Albo's fourth solo piece, following 3 Women in Indecision, Please Everything Burst and Spray. All were presented at P.S. 122.
The new work will be directed by David Schweizer, and was created with Virginia Heffernan, the New York Times television critic.
The show will address such cultural figures as Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears, as well as the fictional creation Alex Shellaligan, the United States Secretary of Celebrity Defense.
