News Miss Saigon Star Releases New Solo Album Tami Tappan Damiano, who portrayed Ellen during the Broadway run of Miss Saigon, has released her debut solo recording.

Entitled "Hot Notes," the new 13-track recording is available on the LML Music label. Produced by Ron Abel and co-produced by Damiano, the single disc was recorded at Mad Dog Studios in Burbank, CA, and features tunes from such musicals as Falsettos, City of Angels, Children of Eden and Bye Bye Birdie. The complete track listing for "Hot Notes" follows:

Tami Tappan Damiano has appeared on Broadway in Miss Saigon and Cyrano: The Musical. She received a Helen Hayes Award for her performance in the Washington, DC production of John Guare's Lydie Breeze, and her other theatrical credits include Lemon Sky, A Chorus Line and Swing!. Television audiences have seen Damiano on "The Drew Carey Show," "Third Rock from the Sun" and "Sunset Beach."
