News Molina, Allen and Buonopane Set for Symphony Space Concert Several Broadway actors will take part in Music By Michigan Alums: A Musical Homecoming Oct. 30 at Symphony Space.

The 7:30 PM concert will boast performances from over 40 University of Michigan alums, including Broadway favorites Glenn Seven Allen, Todd Buonopane and Lauren Molina, who will perform songs by Sam Davis, Jeff Marx and Josh Rhodes. The evening will also feature the talents of soprano Emily Albrink, baritone Jesse Blumberg, jazz pianist John Nam and jazz vocalist Sachal Vasandani.

Lauren Molina made her Broadway debut in Sweeney Todd. She appeared in Henry, Sweet Henry at the York Theatre, Just So Stories for Theatreworks/USA and Meet Me in St. Louis for Musicals Tonight! Molina was also a back-up singer for Sarah Brightman during Brightman’s La Luna tour.

Glenn Seven Allen was a swing in The Light in the Piazza, and he also understudied the roles of Fabrizio and Giuseppe. He was recently seen in the York Theatre Company's mounting of A Fine and Private Place, and his many regional credits include Pirates of Penzance, Julius Caesar, Student Prince, Ligiea, Tales of Hoffmann and A Michigan Man.

Todd Buonopane made his Broadway debut in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He was also seen in the Actors' Fund benefit concert of On the Twentieth Century.
