News Molina, Tucci, Thomas and Streep Are BAFTA Nominees Alfred Molina, Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci are among the theatre actors who have been nominated for the 2010 British Academy Film Awards, which will be presented Feb. 21.

Molina, currently on the London stage in Red, is nominated for Best Supporting Actor for "An Education." Anna Kendrick earned a Best Supporting Actress nomination for "Up in the Air," while Kristin Scott Thomas was also nominated in that category for "Nowhere Boy." British stage and film actor Colin Firth earned a Best Actor nod for "A Single Man." Streep was nominated for Best Actress for "Julie & Julia," which also earned a Supporting Actor nomination for Tucci. Alec Baldwin took a Best Supporting nomination for his work in "It's Complicated," opposite Streep.

"Avatar," "An Education," "The Hurt Locker," "Precious" and "Up in the Air" will compete for Best Film.
