It has been announced on the official website for Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom sequel, Love Never Dies, that an event of "global importance" will be revealed Oct. 8.

What new surprises lie in store on Oct. 8 at 11 o'clock is anyone's guess; however, an official start date for the London production — which is aiming for a March 2010 bow at the Adelphi — has not been announced. Complete casting is also still a secret.

Oct. 8 has already been determined as the on-sale ticket date for the world premiere that will star Phantom stage veterans Sierra Boggess (The Little Mermaid) and Ramin Karimloo.

In addition to the Love Never Dies Twitter page, the official homepage for the musical offers a teaser, with a few bars of music from what could be Lloyd Webber's next score.
