Directed by David Zak with musical direction by Robert Ollis, the production will feature Libby Lane as Ethel Merman.
"When two Mormons ring a doorbell marked E.M. in a small town," press notes state, "they have no idea that a certain Ethel will open the door. With some dazzling parody music and Schwartz's original songs, you will laugh throughout The Book of Merman and leave smiling, as it takes you to places you did not know you wanted to go."
Opening night is scheduled for Jan. 17. Performances are Thursday-Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 5 PM through Feb. 15.
Tickets are $15 for previews and $25 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To purchase online visit www.brownpapertickets.com or call (800) 838-3006.
