News MTR Presents Live Recording of Radio Play City of Shadows June 30 The Museum of Radio and Television (MTR) will present Anthony P. Pennino’s play, City of Shadows: Victor, on June 30. The play was created for Stage Shadows ("Radio like you’ve never seen it!”) and the live performance will be recorded at MTR. The show marks the end of Stage Shadows' third season.

The Museum of Radio and Television (MTR) will present Anthony P. Pennino’s play, City of Shadows: Victor, on June 30. The play was created for Stage Shadows ("Radio like you’ve never seen it!”) and the live performance will be recorded at MTR. The show marks the end of Stage Shadows' third season.

Pennino's City of Shadows: Victor, is the fourth in the playwright's "City of Shadows" series created for Stage Shadows. Helmed by Robert Kilbridge and engineered by Adrian Cosentini, the play takes place in Vichy France amid the "sacrifices and special terrors of a time haunted by the barbarism of Klaus Barbie and the Third Reich."

World music percussionist Rex Benincasa has designed and will perform the live sound for the production and Ethan Yankowitz will perform live music.

The Victor cast includes Justin Lewis, Philip S. Goodman, Laurence Drozd, Deborah Thomas, Jo Benincasa, Jeremy Johnson, Alex Roe, George McGrath and Terry Ashe-Croft. The event begins at 7 PM, June 30 and the public is welcome. MTR is located at 25 W. 52nd St. between Fifth and Sixth Ave. For guest reservations, call Stage Shadows, Inc. at (212) 604-4612.
